When taking on your property, we understand the importance of your investment and know that you are trusting us to look after your property. With our service, you can sit back and relax. Initially, one of our Agents will meet you at the address and advise of anything required e.g. hard-wired smoke detectors, or a freshen up.
While your tenant is in place, any repairs required are reported by the tenant to ourselves and run by you before going ahead. We have a dedicated, trustworthy team of contractors we use that are tried and tested, who’s rates are very competitive.
We advertise your property on On The Market, where we get the most coverage. You advise us of your criteria for the tenant you would like, e.g. pets/no pets, smoking/non-smoking so that we can filter through the enquiries for viewings. We carry out all viewings and reference check all potential tenants prior to requesting a deposit.
